Effective, Monday, October 20, 2008 begin using the NEW debit card with a $20 dollar bill design……the green debit card will no longer be usable

If you have not received your new card, please contact the credit union at 409-729-3075.
 

PIN mailers will be sent during the week of October 20, 2008.  Please watch the mail for your identification number.
You WILL NOT be able to change the PIN, therefore keep the number in a secure and confidential place.
This PIN is to be used with the $20 dollar bill card only.

Remember if you have an automatic withdrawal set up using your debit card, you will need to change the expiration date with the company for the transaction to take.

CREDIT UNION ACTIONS FOR MEMBERS CONCERNING HURRICANE IKE:

The board has granted a one month extension on qualified loan payments.  The board has waived fees for wires, transfer, NSF items and late charges for the period of September 11 - September 22, 2008 due to evacuation.  If you have questions concerning your account, please contact the credit union.

 

HOME BANKING AND PATTI RE-ENROLLMENT

When you log into Online Access or call PATTI (1-800-261-2249) for the first time, you will be asked to enter your current member number and password. When this occurs, for the password, please enter the last four digits of the primary account holder's social security number. Your member number will not change. Once you are in the system, you will be prompted to change your PIN. This will be a one-time occurrence.
